铁路用高强聚氨酯防水涂料High strength polyurethane waterproof coating for railway
执行标准:
本产品由A组分聚氨酯预聚体、B组分固化剂组成。使用时将A、B两组分按一定比例混合，搅拌均匀，涂覆于基层上反应固化成连续、坚韧高强度橡胶防水涂膜的一种高分子防水涂料。
The product is multicomponent waterproof coating, compounded by Polyurethane prepolymer as component A and curing agent component B. A and B should be mixed evenly in proportion. Prepared paint can be applied on substratum, forming to continuously and flexibly reactive polymer waterproof coating.

产品特点
1、良好的回弹性，抗基层形变能力强；
2、可与不同基层粘接，在符合要求的基层上即可直接施工；
3、低温-35℃弯曲无裂纹，适用于低温防水工程；
4、拉伸强度6.0MPa，是普通聚氨酯防水涂料的三倍；
5、化学反应成膜，耐水侵蚀、耐腐蚀、耐霉变，特别适用于长期浸水部位的防水。
1. Excellent performance of tensile strength, elongation, and flexibility, which can adapt to the shrinkage, deformation and fracture of substratum.
2. Adaptability: the product can be applied to various type of structure substratum.
3. Excellent low temperature performance is suitable for cold weather waterproofing engineering, that can be curved in -35℃ without cracks.
4. The tensile strength index is 6.0MPa, that is triple to other polyurethane waterproof coating.
5. Product curing by chemical reaction has strong water impermeability, and it has excellent resistant performance of chemical, mould corrosion, which can withstand to long-term immersion, cold weather and influence of complex environment.
